This area south of Medicine Hat is one of my favorite locations. The landscape is unworldly to say the least!

Sadly many old grain elevators have disappeared. This one, found in Dorothy, Alberta, is just about hanging in there!

The canola fields of Alberta burst with colour in July. Blue skies can quickly give way to afternoon storm clouds.

Early November is a perfect time to visit Zion. Most of the crowds have left and early winter fog and clouds offer a perfect contrast to the famous red rock.
